L&M™ LUMISEAL® FX is a high-solids, water-based acrylic curing and sealing compound designed to protect concrete while providing an attractive medium-gloss finish.

Its advanced self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion technology creates a durable protective film with excellent early water resistance. The blush-resistant formulation helps resist the whitening and blistering that can occur when conventional sealers are exposed to moisture.

With its low-odor, non-yellowing pure acrylic formulation, LUMISEAL FX is suitable for interior and exterior applications on both horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces.

Cure New Concrete or Seal Existing Concrete

On new concrete, LUMISEAL FX can be used as a curing and sealing compound, supporting the curing process while leaving behind a protective acrylic film.

On existing, properly prepared concrete, LUMISEAL FX can be used as a protective sealer to provide a durable medium-gloss finish.
