Return & Refund Policy

At Concrete Prep & Polish Supply, we want to make sure you receive the right products for your project. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.

To request a return, please contact us before shipping any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or we shipped the incorrect product.

Return shipments must be properly packaged and shipped with tracking information. Concrete Prep & Polish Supply is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using an insured shipping method for higher-value items.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by Concrete Prep & Polish Supply.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Items returned that are damaged, used beyond normal inspection, incomplete, or otherwise not in resalable condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not qualify for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Please provide photos and order details so we can quickly determine the best solution.
